Orders & Shipping

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting our Track Order page. Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and email address to get real-time updates on your shipment. You'll also receive SMS and email notifications at key delivery milestones.

How long does shipping take?

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (₹99)
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (₹199)
  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999

Delivery times may vary based on your location. Remote areas may take additional 1-2 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding international shipping and will announce updates on our website and social media channels.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our customer support at +91-9354214264 or email us at raeenenterprises2021@gmail.com immediately. Once the order is processed for shipping, cancellations may not be possible.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges depend on your order value and location:

  • Orders above ₹999: Free Shipping
  • Orders below ₹999: ₹99 (Standard Shipping)
  • Express Shipping: ₹199 (Available for select pin codes)
Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Product must be returned in original packaging with invoice

Please note: We do not offer exchanges. For damaged or missing items, please initiate return within 24 hours of delivery.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refund processing times:

  • Prepaid Orders: 7-15 business days after we receive the return
  • COD Orders: 15-20 business days for refund to your bank account

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

What if I received a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You'll need to provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damage
  • Your order number
  • Invoice copy

Are shipping charges refundable?

No, shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. The refund amount will only include the product price. If you received free shipping on your order and you return the product, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Warranty

What does the warranty cover?

Alison provides warranty coverage for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Under warranty, we offer free repair service only (no refunds or exchanges).

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (zippers, wheels, fabric abrasion)
  • Damages from misuse, accidents, or mishandling
  • Damages from water, heat, or chemicals
  • Products bought during sale or discount schemes

How do I claim warranty?

To claim warranty:

  1. Call our customer support at +91-9354214264 (Mon-Fri, 11 AM - 6 PM)
  2. Provide your order number and original invoice
  3. Share images/videos of the defect
  4. Submit the warranty claim form with required details
  5. Ship the product to us with original packaging (shipping charges borne by customer)

Once approved, we will repair the product and ship it back to you.

How long is the warranty period?

Warranty period varies by product. Most Alison products come with a 1-2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please check the product page or warranty card included with your purchase for specific warranty duration.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay
  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay
  • Net Banking: All major banks
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select locations
  • EMI: Available on credit cards for orders above ₹5000

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?

Yes! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways (Razorpay). We do not store any credit/debit card information on our servers.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for orders under ₹10,000. A nominal COD fee of ₹49 may apply. Please note that COD orders cannot be modified once placed and require full payment in cash at the time of delivery.

Is there any hidden charges or taxes?

No, there are no hidden charges. The price you see on the product page is the final price. GST (18%) is included in the displayed price. Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.
