10-Day Return Policy
At Alison, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery.
📦 Quick Summary: You have 10 days from delivery to initiate a return. Products must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached. We do not offer exchanges. Refunds are processed within 10-20 business days depending on payment method.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: Return request must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery
- Product Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Invoice: Original invoice must be included with the return
- Damaged Items: For damaged or defective products, please initiate return within 24 hours of delivery
⚠️ Important Note: We do not offer exchanges for any products. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products purchased during sale or discount schemes (marked as "Final Sale")
- Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Accessories such as dust bags, pouches, or straps if opened
- Customized or personalized products
- Innerwear, socks, and personal care items due to hygiene reasons
How to Initiate a Return
Submit Return Request
Log into your account and go to My Orders. Select the order and click Return Item. Or call us at +91-9354214264 (Mon-Fri, 11 AM - 6 PM).
Pack the Product
Securely pack the product in its original packaging with all tags and invoice. Ensure the package is sealed properly to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Product
Ship the product to our returns address. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Quality Check
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product within 2-3 business days to ensure all return conditions are met.
Refund Processed
After approval, your refund will be processed. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

💳 Alternative Refund Option: If you're unable to provide banking details for refund, we can offer a coupon code of the same value that can be redeemed on our website. The coupon code validity can be confirmed with our customer service team.
Important Notes About Refunds
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
- Free Shipping: If you received free shipping and return the product, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund
- Partial Returns: If you return only some items from an order, refund will be calculated proportionally
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and videos of the damage/defect
- Share your order number and invoice copy
- We will arrange for a free return pickup (if available in your area)
- Full refund including original shipping charges will be processed
📸 Proof Required: For damaged/defective claims, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence. Claims without proper documentation may be rejected.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. To cancel:
- Log into your account and go to My Orders → Click Cancel Order

Once the order is processed for shipping, cancellations are not possible. In such cases, please initiate a return after receiving the product.
⏰ Processing Time for Returns: It usually takes 7-14 working days for us to receive your return package. Once received, please allow additional time for quality check and refund processing as mentioned above. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused by these timelines.
